Enjoy your stay in our spacious, comfortable home with your own private, themed room! Your room will include a commercial grade 2 lock which ensures privacy and safety. Our home is just minutes away from Downtown Denver where you can enjoy many events and the grand atmosphere of Denver! Or choose to stay in and meet travelers like yourself! We’ve hosted over 2000 guests, and our processes and policies are fine tuned to perfection. Checkin is automated, and communication is quick. Read more below

For the safety of our guests and staff, please wear a mask in all common spaces. We want to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe in our home and that we each do our part in stopping the spread of COVID-19. This is a 420 friendly home! Kick back & relax in our cozy downstairs or upstairs TV room loaded with streaming channels- Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Starz, Hbo Max, Espn & Sling Tv. All common spaces are shared and a great opportunity to meet travelers like yourself!

The whole house is free to use! Outside areas, like parking and back patio, are shared for everyone to utilize. There is an AC unit in the kitchen and central heating for the cold winters. You have a designated space in the fridge and cupboards with your room name on it to utilize if you wish. Only use your space and respect everyone else’s! We provide community items to make your stay more comfortable, but if you’re unsure just ask us and we can clarify what’s fair game. All restricted areas are locked, but other than that feel free to roam around and locate all amenities to make your stay more enjoyable!

People who get along with others, are very clean, low maintenance and respectful of common areas and the house will have the best experience. You have the chance to meet all sorts of people at the events we host at various houses throughout the month. You will see flyers for events we have! Any requests? Just message us!
