The brand new loft apartment is situated within the cool and luxurious Victoria Junction complex in the most sought after area of Cape Town; minutes walk to the V&A Waterfront, Silo District & Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA), Greenpoint Park, Seapoint promenade, the International Convention Centre, Bo Kaap, the famous trio of Bree, Long and Loop Streets, and the city centre.

We offer free unlimited WiFi fibre internet.

The complex offers 24-hour manned security, and our apartment is nearest the security guards station.

The stylish, fully equipped loft benefits from a thin lap swimming pool with poolside bar and restaurant service. The pool is open to residents - (severe water restrictions have been lifted in the city recently, excellent news!)

Upstairs in the bedroom there is a 180 degree view over Table Mountain. Downstairs the loft's outdoor balcony offers a relaxing space for sundowners or morning coffee.

The best restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs in Cape Town are within a safe and easy stroll. As we are so perfectly located there is always a full supply of UBER or taxis in the area 24/7.

The V&A Waterfront is a 5 to 10-minute stroll and the International Conference Centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk.

A full range of upmarket grocery and liquor stores, along with beauty spas, clothing, pharmacies and health food stores are all within a 5-minute stroll.

Parking
Your own secure underground parking spot (Parking Bay 101) is available inside the complex. Please ask security guards to show exact location on arrival.

Camps Bay Beach is best-known in the city for its palm trees, white sand, and Table Mountain backdrop. Lots of bar and restaurants. Alternatively, for a quiet beach Uber to Llandudno (20 minutes car ride)
