Park the car for free at the rear of the building and enjoy the city on foot or by public transportation.
Sherbourne subway station, bus station, and City bicycle parking stations are within 3 minutes walk.

Great location if you are in town to watch a show in the Phoenix Concert Theater or Danforth Music Hall.
Plenty of coffee shops around. Tim Hortons is across the street, Timothy's is 3 minutes away, and Starbucks is about 5 minutes away.
Drug store and grocery stores are very close by. Shoppers Drug Mart and Freshco are located across the street, while No Frills is about 5 minutes away.
There are a few restaurants around and quite a lot in the Gay Village area and Danforth Area.
