Mount Lawley is a quaint leafy suburb that's perfectly located in the Perth Metro area. It has everything to offer with nearby parks and playgrounds. There are so many choices with cafes and eateries with some just a short walk away. Highly recommend Coode Street Cafe and the Three Coins Trattoria. The Villa is located very close to supermarkets and shops, including butchers, post office and petrol stations.
