With 10 minutes walk to the Monument, and 5 minutes walk to Northumbria University, the Quayside, and Manor metro station, your apartment is perfectly located in a very nice and quiet residential area at the edge of Newcastle city centre. Having just completed total renovation, this brand-new apatement offers spaicious open-plan living and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxury bathrorom, and three comfortable bedrooms. Free on-site parking (one car only) with permit.

Please also note that my apartment is in a very nice and quiet residential area and we kindly ask all guests to observe and be respectful of the following house rules when booking your stay with us.

1) No parties of any kind are allowed in the apartment;
2) Lead guest must be aged 22 or above when staying with us;
3) Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house;
4) No pets are allowed;
5) Quiet-time policy applies to all times, especially from 10pm to 9am during which making noise and playing music are strictly prohibited;
6) All adult guests must bring your ID (passport or driving license) for check-in.
