Welcome to Sunnyside! Our suite has its own, seperate entrance through garage. Guest have their own apartament to stay, with 1 bedroom (queen size bed) and living room with sofa bed, queen size as well! Kitchenette has a microwave,electric kettle, toaster,coffee maker, utility sink and full sized fridge.Bathroom is small but totally cute, with a glass shower.Guest can park in the street or on the driveway, if needed. Our backyard is shared,but we offer guests their privacy when you are using it.

We are very pleased to welcome you to our place! Feel free to ask any questions and I am more than happy to assist. We are living upstairs with our senior dog Lily, who by the way is so mellow, but Klaudia is a private/Rover dog sitter as well, so we often have a few furry friends staying as well.

We allow dogs! Backyard is HUGE!!! Perfect for dogs, to play fetch, ball, run around. On hot days Klaudia offers to play with dogs with hose/water! As well private morning/evening walks and sitting if needed:)

We do charge dog fee of $25 per night, per dog. Thank you for understanding! (There is a grey carpet all through bedrooms - concerns about pee accidents, window scratches, mud stains etc)

Please do not leave dogs unattended. Klaudia is a dog sitter and would be happy to check on your furry friend through the day, or welcome then upstairs for daycare for a reasonable additional fee. We are happy to host you and yours, but unfortunately we have received some complaints about excessive barking while guests are out and about with dogs left behind.

It is a shared area, so please do come out and feel free to hang out outside, use barbecue, relax on swings or just enjoy the view. All is disinfected after each stay!

You are limited to having the amount of guests you have been contracted for in the rental agreement. This means that if you are contracted for 2 people, there can only be 2 people in the unit. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. Unfortunately with covid ravaging through the state, we have to be strict about this. We charge based on how many guests are in the unit, so please plan accordingly! We live right upstairs, so we will realize rather quickly if this rule has been violated. If we do notice extra guests you will need to pay the appropriate fee.

Please keep your music to a minimum. We don't mind if you use a small device to project sound, but do not allow for anything that creates bass or projects loud enough to affect ours and our neighbors everyday routine. This is a quiet neighborhood and we intend to keep it that way. Thanks for understanding!

After 10pm, we expect all voices and music to be at an absolute minimum inside and outside. We work and do our best to keep things quiet after a reasonable hour, unless previously discussed. No need to whisper- we just ask for voices and music to be kept at a reasonable level past this hour.

Parking in drive way is permitted for a rate of $15 per night. Please inquire before using!

We do not allow smoking inside of the unit. Please step outside and walk down the stairs, away from the windows so that the smoke is pushed away from the house. A fine of $275 will be added at the end of your trip if any evidence of smoking inside is left behind.

We also do not allow for the burning of insense or scented candles. This has been an issue in the past, when the unit is changed over from one guest to the next. Fragrances are very subjective and can create issues for the guest checking in after your departure. We treat this violation the same way we treat smoking which is a $275 charge.

Due to covid restrictions, we have temporarily halted the use of our home for larger parties. Use of the space is limited to what has been contracted in your rental agreement. We apologise for the inconveniences. Violation of this rule will result in a direct fine of $1000.

Please turn the lights off when outside of the unit. We do our best to conserve energy, and expect our guests to do the same! We appreciate the help.

Please close the garage upon exit/entry into the unit. This is for both yours and our safety. We live in a quiet part of SF, but we still live in SF...a big city with a lot of people. Again, we appreciate the cooperation!

We will take care of cleaning the unit but if you could please strip the bed/s and ensure that trash is separated from trash to recycling the day you check out we would greatly appreciate the help. We have been fined by the city for guests not separating their trash properly, so we will charge a fee of $50 for the inconvenience of having to sort your trash and recycling upon your departure if it is done obviously incorrectly.

Check out past 11am needs to be arranged ahead of time. Check out at 11am means check out at 11am. We have had some guests who like to mingle a bit longer in the back yard, but we have a HUGE space to sanitize between check out at 11am and check in at 3pm. We won't be there to knock on your door to get you out, so we expect guests to respect the check out time and ensure they are out in a timely manner. Late check out will result in a few of a minimum of $50 to a maximum of $400 fee depending on the severity of the situation.

Please do not trash the place. We understand a bit of a mess leftover, but we would appreciate if you treated our space like you'd treat your own home. For excessive cleaning, we will charge a fee of $100 for the inconvenience.

Glen Park is such a sweet quiet neighborhood. People here are very open minded and thoughtful about each other. Our community are cheerful with full of shops near Glen Park BART Station - just 10 minutes by walk!
