This is an adorable, remodeled mobile home, 2 bed, 2 bath. Perfect for a small family or 4 adults. One BR has a king and one a queen. Brand new mattresses with covers. Can accommodate 4-5 people. Has all new furnishings and well equipped kitchen for cooking. Small grill on the porch. Living room has new and comfortable seating with large tv. Washer and dryer, large fenced in yard for pets to run, and plenty of parking. Everything you'll need, just bring your beach towels, chairs, and bikes.

We have a large, covered front porch with wrought iron table and 4 chairs and 2 adirondack chairs. There's a roll down curtain for blocking the afternoon sun. The entire yard is fenced in, sand toys for children, bike storage in back, shed for golf cart with hook up for battery charger, and plenty of parking for guests.

The entire house is available for guests. You are welcome to use anything in the house including refrigerator and cabinet items.

There is coffee and creamer, cooking oil, sugar, paper towels and plates. Bottled water, dish detergent and disinfectant cleaner, bath soap, extra blankets, sheets and pillows. Flashlight, Room darkening shades throughout the house, ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the living room. The mattresses are new with new mattress covers. We have dog bowls and doggie bags, doggie poo trash can in back. We have a 3'x28" dog kennel, extra collars and leashes. 20.00 a night for pets.
At this time, with the what’s going on in the world today, we are taking extra care and measures to make sure everything is washed, cleaned thoroughly and disinfected. Your safety and health is very important to us.
We do encourage you to bring some of your groceries with you. Our stores here have not fully recouped from the pandemic and with the flood of visitors ready to enjoy the sun again, some things may run out.

The mobile home is on a quiet street away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk or bike ride to the boardwalk or to a beach access. It's close to a great Mexican Restaurant, El Cazador. Most of our restaurants are open. Some are dine in now, while others are still carry out and/or delivery. We have lots of brochures from places to eat. Check hours and availability.
