The reviews don't lie, the bed is comfortable.
For your protection we disinfect all remotes, light switches, door handles knobs and handles with a solution recommended by the CDC to kill any surface viruses. We wash all linens, quilts, towels and bath mats between each guest.
There is a Wildlife Refuge across the street with walking trails that run along the Oso Bay.
$30 nonrefundable pet fee will be charged if bringing a pet.

Furniture is in excellent condition and queen mattress is new with a topper for extra comfort. Granite countertops throughout home. Cable TV in both the living room and bedroom. Attached patio with beach chairs that you can borrow.
There are some books you can enjoy as you relax on Beach or couch.

Safe and mature neighborhood with Wildlife Refuge across the street that runs along the Oso Bay. This is a pet friendly park with walking/ biking trails and a playground for children. Beautiful place for photography. Ennis Joslin has many apartments that house TAMUCC students. The area is safe and is fine to walk around in at nighttime. The complex backs up to a residential neighborhood with privately owned homes. The old golf course is on the other side of complex.
