Welcome to the Exchange at Cameron Harbor! This incredible 'corner unit condo' is super clean & tons of natural light! Enjoy one of the few condos with a spacious living room that includes a comfortable dinner table. Plenty of plush towels, comfortable bed, relaxing furnishings. A Washer & Dryer in the condo make it easy to pack less! Plenty of free parking & 1 reserved spot in the parking lot make it a no brainer downtown! Walk to Ross' Landing, Aquarium, Riverbend in 10 minutes or less!

This condo is well equipped with everything you need to stay for a night or a 6 month stay! You have a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities, a comfortable bed, plush bedding and towels, and a stocked bathroom with all the toiletries. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Q Tips, Cotton Balls, Hairdryer, etc is all provided. A HE washer & dryer are provided as well as a starter pack of laundry detergent, etc. Flat Screen TV in the living room. Large living room has tons of natural light with nice views of mountains!

Cameron Harbor is a river front community on the Tennessee River and is the start of the Chattanooga Riverwalk spanning approximately 22 miles! The Exchange at Cameron Harbor is the newest development within Cameron Harbor and is directly on Riverfront Pkwy. From the condos, you can walk just a couple blocks to rent a bike or start your walk/run! Across the street from the condo is the Parkway Pourhouse and just a 5 minute walk will take you to Scottie's on the River. Two of Chattanooga's newest & highly anticipated restaurants.
