My name is Tonya Morris and I am a proud native Nashvillian who lives and works in the coolest community, East Nashville. Alongside my trusted friend, co-owner and East Nashville mentor, Trey, we take our existing homes and create beautiful and inviting dwellings. We have gratefully experienced Nashville, back then, when our claim to fame was the iconic show HEE Haw and how it is today being nationally noted as the " It city" !
We have spent our last 35 years purchasing and leasing residential homes primarily offering longer term 1+ year leases to both local residents and those new to Nashville. We are so excited about sharing The Good Nite Cottage with all types of guests from all walks of life and from all over the country.
We love our city, and we will love sharing our heritage and showing off our southern hospitality. Although this particular over-night rental home is new to us, being a host is as natural to us as sweet tea and country music is to Nashville.
Although my greatest passion is to read, I believe that human relationships offer the highest form of growth and learning. It is a privilege to meet and serve our future guests!
