Privately owned condo in a quiet neighborhood with friendly quiet neighbors. Plenty of storage space. Stay for a few days, or a few months. Longer term rentals preferred. Hosts are in the area and available if you need anything. Message us and if it is in reason, we will provide. Lockbox key entry. First floor. Great place to stay while exploring Colorado, easy access to the highway which is around the corner.

In a neighborhood of mostly privately owned condominiums. Nice neighbors nearby, quiet and friendly. 90 min to ski resorts, 25 min to downtown. Walkable to Aurora Mall and adjacent movie theatre. Hibachi Grill buffet and Mexican food across the street.
