An important reminder: The MECQ current curfews hours in the entire Metro Manila are 8:00 PM-4:00 AM daily. These curfew hours are strictly enforced until further notice. Please make sure you are not on the roads during these times.
Due to the pandemic, we’re taking extra care to disinfect each room before and right after reservations according to Airbnb Disinfection Protocol. We are also implementing a No Face Mask No Entry, and Physical Distancing policy so please bring your face masks or shields with you and keep a safe distance from other people while inside the compound. Please also follow our NO CONTACT POLICY. No cash payments please for extra purchases/services availed. We only currently accept payments made via Airbnb App, Gcash, or BPI.
Guests will need to get their temperatures checked when they arrive. Sorry but we cannot accept those who are exhibiting symptoms such as colds and fever because we have senior citizens residing in the compound.
Lastly, negative rapid/PCR/Swab Test results from booked guests and their companions, OR completed vaccination cards are REQUIRED for you to be able to book our listing. This is for the safety of everyone our other guests and residents. You can send a soft copy of any of the documents upon confirmation of booking. These documents are MANDATORY/REQUIRED for check in.

Hey there!
Welcome to Terrace Room, our budget-friendly space right in the heart of Metro Manila. It's a 33 sq m ensuite studio perfect for solo travelers or up to three people, equipped with a huge balcony bigger than the entire room itself.
The unit is simply designed but is fully-furnished to have everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It has one double bed with beddings that can comfortably fit up to two guests, a solo couch, air conditioning, a round dining table that sits four, a small refrigerator, microwave, shower heater, electric kettle, electric cooker, rice cooker, iron and ironing board, TV with Neflix, and WIFI internet. We also have a coffee maker, bread toaster, French press, tea infuser, and free ground coffee (available upon request) for those who can't live without caffeine. A simple breakfast option (bread/eggs/spreads) and 2 bottles of drinking water will be ready for you in the refrigerator. There is also a private toilet with shower complete with toiletries and other essentials to make your stay even more comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with a huge walk-in wardrobe space useful for longer stays.
Outside the room, there is a huge balcony twice the size of the room itself where guests can relax and unwind with an amazing view of the city.
Small get-togethers and pictorials are allowed but only until 10pm. --> *This is currently NOT ALLOWED due to GCQ and ECQ rules
We have one dedicated parking slot for this listing.
Aside from these great features, The Terrace Room welcomes pets! You can bring up to two of your furbabies with you during your stay.
Check in and checkout are STRICTLY at 2 pm and 11 am respectively. But guests are free to leave their luggage safely in our stock room while they tour the surrounding areas, up to 24 hours after their check out. Returning guests can leave their luggage for days, with a corresponding fee.
We also have Early Check-in or Late Check-out options for an additional fee of 575php. But this will still be subject to room's availability based on the calendar. Please send me a message first before booking to confirm Early Check-in or Late Check-Out.
Our staff are available for any requests from 10 AM to 11 AM and 2 PM to 10 PM only.
It is located in Mandaluyong City, the literal center of our bustling metropolis (look at the map!) and we are one Grab car away from Mega Mall and Edsa Shangri La, Ortigas, Pasig, and Makati. If you are looking for a more local, and cheap yet stylish stay, this is it.
There is a convenience store within 1 block of the area, and several Sari-sari stores (local convenience stores) line the entire street. There is a nearby laundromat a few minutes walk from our listing. We also have supermarkets nearby like S&R, Cherry Shaw, and Robinsons Supermarket around 5 minutes away by tricycle or car.
We have a filtered water refilling station in the compound where you can replenish your drinking water for 30 PHP (0.60 USD) per bottle or 50 PHP (1 USD) per gallon. Our staff also offers a Decoration Assistance fee of 450 PHP for those who need some assistance on setting up for a special occasion (This is only a set-up fee. Decorations and design c/o guest). We also have one projector (hdmi to usb cable provided) and 50" inch Screen (no stand) for rent for 300 PHP per day.
Terrace Room is just 8-10 minutes away by Grab car from Edsa Shangri-La, one of the high-end shopping malls in the entire city. We are also around 8-10 minutes from Mega Mall, the second largest shopping mall in the country and the fifth in the world. The best way to get around is through the Grab app. If on a budget, you can hail a tricycle (our local version of the Thai tuktuk) on the street right outside the house that can bring you anywhere, especially EDSA, the city's main highway where you can find trains, buses, and other modes of transportation.
