This cozy 2 bedroom house is newly renovated. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. You can easily walk to Redfern Village and other entertainment. The King & Queen beds & the living room has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Just outside the house is a huge private fenced backyard for great outdoor living. House includes usage to 4 bikes. Access to pool close by. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. SEE RULES.

Mekân
This is the main, private house that is attached to a cute apartment (kind of like a townhouse). There is NOT any door connecting the two units. They are COMPLETELY separate.

This house is in a great location on Demere Rd. Road noise may be heard during your stay. However, the speed limit is slow enough for golf carts, so no fast traffic.

Close to Redfern Village, short drive to beach and pier.

Has full size washer dryer in unit.

Includes usage to 4 beach cruiser bikes.

Pool access walking distance.
