Rental is available Jan. 21 - 28, 2022. This rental is during the Sundance Film Festival (festival dates are Jan. 20-- Jan. 30). This is the only luxury resort at the base of Park City Mountain, just steps from the Payday Lift! This is a fantastic resort with ski-in/ski-out access to Park City, fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, outdoor swimming pool and six beautiful hot tubs, movie theater, and owner's lounge with valet ski service. Free bus transport to Main Street and Sundance.

Unit has a full separate bedroom w/king bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dishware for eight. It also includes a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, stereo, TV, and DVD player.

Rental price is over 55% off. (Marriott rents 1-Bedroom for about $600 / night + 11% tax)
