What a gem! Francesco and Luisa were very kind and welcoming—our little home was clean, beautiful and quiet. My partner spent hours reading outside with the cats, and I loved walking into town past the olive trees and grape vines. I couldn’t sing the praises of this place…

Beautiful, peaceful, authentic, tranquil and in a great location from which many day trips are possible. Luisa and Francesco are wonderful people. We wanted to stay forever!

Cimbello is a lovely property and Louisa and Francesco were gracious and helpful. The dirt road in is challenging but doable. The closeness to Citta della Pieve is another plus as the town is charming and has all the ammenities needed, like grocery shopping, ATMs, and…

Such an amazing week in Umbria. Francesco and Luisa were so welcoming, along with their dogs and cats (greeting us outside our apartment every morning). So beautiful, peaceful, and lovely hosts. Truly a special place!
