The perfect location to stay in Lavasa! I challenge you won't find a better view of Lavasa than from our apartment :).

We have 270 degree view of Lavasa and the beautiful scenery changes continuously and you will be mesmerized to see cloud movement and changes in colors!

You will fall in love with our spacious 2 BHK Apartment with all windows and a balcony facing beautiful lakes and hills. With our thoughtful amenities and spectacular views, you will have a great time with your loved ones.

Mekân
A great view as shown in picture that you will enjoy by sipping a hot cup of tea. As clouds move, the view changes continuously. A serene view in the morning and lighted lake in the night gives you the feeling of heaven.

Enjoy amazing view of 270 degree of Dasve Lake, Varasgaon Lake, Green hills and beautiful skies.

Things to Note: Lavasa charges Rs. 500 as an entry fee.

PLEASE NOTE BELOW POINTS BEFORE BOOKING

1. Lavasa charges Rs 500/car as an entry fee. Everyone coming to Lavasa needs to pay entry fee. This fee is not included in the booking.

2. Alcohol is allowed but strictly NO SMOKING in the house or in the balcony. You need to go down for smoke.

3. No Pets allowed.

4. No events or noisy parties at our apartment.

5. Though we try our best to keep things running, we highly rely on guest feedbacks. If something is not working, kindly let us know as soon as possible.

4. Since most of the apartments are near to water and greenery, do not keep windows open after 6pm. We have a mosquito racket and mosquito repellents in all bedrooms.
