Capitol Hill is one of Denver’s most popular neighborhoods. The apartment is in a great building with a rooftop lounge that boasts incredible views and a grill for rooftop cookouts. You’ll get the perks of luxury living in a historic neighborhood. Within walking distance are an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. 16th Street Mall and The Colorado Convention Center are both less than 1.5 miles away.

I am a retired police officer, working for nearly 11 years as a flight attendant. Go figure? My apartment is a reflection of myself.. Lots of books, plants, photos and my favorite.. Cuisinart appliances! Also, compulsively neat. My spices are arranged in alphabetical order (,, it's Easier that way!). I love living in downtown Denver! Highly rated walking area, bicycle trails, restaurants, museums, Botanic garden. Bus, Uber, Lyft and the train. . 40 minutes to the airport. The penthouse roof is s great place to BBQ and hang out with friends or meet new ones Although I'm usually flying when my guests are here I would love meet them and maybe share a meal
