I am Purushottam M Kulkarni, the son of the owner of the premises. The said premises is a double bedroom house with a toilet bathroom and a kitchen with a living room. We have bed and basic furniture like tables and chairs for our guests convenience. The house is fully furnished with fans and hot water facilities. We live in the ground floor and are warm hosts. The guests will be served with a well come Tea.
