The Retreat is a cosy and comfortable property with all the amenities you need for a perfect getaway in Kosciusko National Park.

Set in Crackenback resort, a short stroll from the lake, you'll love the proximity to Thredbo and Perisher and all the facilities and year-round activities the resort has to offer including a day spa, gym, pool, sauna, free shuttle to ski-tube and seasonal outdoor activities.

The full kitchen has a granite bench-top, ample cooking utensils and basic supplies so you can cook up a storm. Or, take advantage of the restaurants onsite or a short drive to Crackenback Farmhouse or Wilbrumby Distillery.

The bedroom has a king bed, the modern bathroom a rainfall showerhead, the living room a super comfy lounge, dining table for four, laundry facilities and a large lock-up garage to house your bikes, skis, and other equipment.

The space has been carefully designed to accommodate guests so you can expect quality and comfort. There's ample heating including underfloor heating, split-system with air conditioning and double glazed windows to trap it all in.
Premium linen is provided. There's also free Wifi and a large TV for you to enjoy.

The Retreat is a three-minute drive to the Skitube Station to Perisher and Blue Cow, and a 15-minute drive to Thredbo. The resort also has a free shuttle bus to the Skitube station in winter months.

We’re a small company offering accommodation in awesome properties in Crackenback.

We focus on providing luxury, comfort, cleanliness and great communication.

We gained a love for chalet hosting after working in the French Alps in some amazing properties, splitting our time between looking after guests and exploring every bit of backcountry we could find (ok, there was a little partying too!).

The Snowy Mountains have so much to offer year-round, and we enjoy having a role in bringing people to this amazing place, be it for adventure or escape.

Our goal is to get people the keys to a beautiful home and make sure they’re comfortable, relaxed, and have everything they need for a great holiday.

Ask us what the best hike in the area is, what restaurant you must go to, what we like to do with our kids in the area, or where we like to go with our mates!
