*Main bedroom has Queen bed (cable and wi fi included!).
*The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
*Kitchen is equipped with appliances. Towels, linens, basic kitchen wares are provided.
*Unit comes with a full sized washer and dryer.

I need some basic information from my renter before approval of renting. Parking area: No trucks mobile homes trailers campers recreation vehicles motorcycles boats or equipment other than private passenger vehicles shall be parked on or left standing upon property. No commercial advertisement shall be displayed on personal vehicles parked on the property. Vehicles that do not display a valid license plate are not permitted on the property. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. Storage of vehicles covered or uncovered is prohibited. Vehicles improperly parked or in violation of the above rules will be towed away at the expense of the renter.
