This cute, little Minneapolis suite is 100% private with its own entrance, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. It’s on the 2nd floor of our home, but completely closed off from our living quarters.

Our neighborhood is located less than 3 miles to downtown in the desirable NE area of the city. We’re 1/2 block east of the Mississippi River, 1 block to public transport and close to several bike paths, including one along the river into downtown Minneapolis.

Close, free street parking is available.

We love having a private space connected to our home to give people personal accommodations during their stay in Minneapolis. It’s a great little space to land while visiting the Twin Cities!

The main portion of the room/suite is approximately 11’x11’ with an additional 4’x6’ entryway and a bathroom.

The room offers a queen bed, nightstand, countertop with a sink and cabinets below, a small table, and an office chair.

The en-suite private bathroom has a glass door shower, toilet and vanity.

All bedding and linens are laundered between each stay with free and clear detergent.

Northeast Minneapolis is full of charm and neighborhood camaraderie. It is known for the arts district, breweries, and amazing food. Our street is in the quiet neighborhood of Marshall Terrace just east of the Mississippi, with a great view of downtown just around the corner. We are a short drive from all of the major Minneapolis event locations.

My husband and I recently moved to Minneapolis with our kids from Chicago. He's a software developer, and I'm a former elementary art teacher turned mom.

The space and your stay are completely private. However, we will be available via text/AirBnB message and physically present in and out of the main level of the home if anything is needed.
