This new build boasts lovely views from large windows in a quiet, roomy, 3 bedroom walkout basement with high ceilings. Each bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite. One bedroom is handi-accessible. Full kitchen, laundry facility in suite and hot tub!
We are a 10 minute drive to Waterton Lakes National Park, 1 hour drive to Lethbridge and 2 hours from Calgary.
Waterton is a mecca of hiking, backpacking, cycling, kayaking, fishing and relaxing in the great outdoors .

Right in the hamlet of Mountain View Forevergreen is walking distance to the Barn Store (gas station), school playground and breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. We have a tree house and play equipment. Free firewood at the fire pit area you are more than welcome to use. All used at your own risk. Some finishing touches are still in progress.

We are close to the Barn Store which has a gas station, grocery store, ice cream bar and gift shop with lots of wonderful clothes and keepsakes. The school has a baseball diamond, playground and basketball court. A winding paved trail runs around the school. This is all across the street.

Dennis & Cindy Toth have lived in Southern Alberta most of their lives. Dennis is an IT Specialist, his wife, Cindy is a teacher. They spend as much time as they can creating memories with their children; usually in the mountains. Living in Mountain View has always been a dream of theirs. They have 5 adult children and are looking forward to meeting you and finding out more about those that are also drawn to the Rocky Mountains.

Dennis & Cindy love hiking and biking, skiing and snow shoeing in the mountains. Fishing and backpacking are also things they love to do when they have spare time. Their love of the outdoors has given them many memories, some of watching a child catch their first trout out of Cameron Lake, seeing herds of elk in the winter numbering in the hundreds and even thousands some years, or watching grizzly and black bears eating berries. They have even spotted wolves. Who knows what you may see on your visit to Waterton Lakes National Park and Mountain View.
