Beautifully decorated house situated in Pillans Point suburb with new shower installed in guests private bathroom. Very light and airy in a quiet area only 2 kms from Tauranga CBD so is easy 20-25 minute walk to town where there are numerous restaurants and bars and 5 kms to downtown Mount Maunganui and the surf beach. Great entertainment deck off conservatory and dining room. 400 metres away there is a safe harbour beach with picnic tables where you can have a relaxing picnic if you wish.

We have 2 lovely and very friendly cats.

Please note that the kitchen is unavailable for use at anytime.
Tea/coffee/hot chocolate is freely available.

We offer Laundry Service with our Washer & Dryer. For $10/Load you can give us your clothes to wash while you are out and enjoying the city and they will be clean and folded on your bed when you get back :)

There is a second bedroom available subject to availability but can only be booked in conjunction with this bedroom. Please message us to check.

Pillans Point is a very good area as it is so close to Tauranga CBD. There is a Countdown, Dominoes, Chinese Takeaway, Indian Restaurant and a Bar, 2 minutes walk as well as a safe harbour beach 400 metres away with a walk/bike way right around the upper Tauranga harbour edge.

I am 59 years old and a Sgt in the NZ Police here in Tauranga. I enjoy fishing but never seem to have the time to do it anymore. I have been married to Tracey for 25 years and we have 4 boys, three have left home with only the 17 year old left. In my spare time i work for a tour company and take overseas groups all around New Zealand so know all the good places to go especially in the South Island.
