Oceanfront, first floor condo with private walkway to the beach. Our cozy condo offers 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths and has everything you will need for a perfect vacation getaway.

Linens and bath towels provided.

Mekân
Just steps to the beach through your own private walkway. The Seagulls Nest is located about 15-20 walking distance to the pier and boardwalk.

The condo features two bedrooms with one king sized bed in the master and 2 twin sized beds in the second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer available. Private parking.

New flooring inside the condo AND new hallway flooring for the building- November 2020!

Pet Policy:
• Two pet maximum ($125 non-refundable pet fee for one dog, $200 non-refundable pet fee for two dogs)
• Under 50lbs
• Crate trained/crated when you are not with them
• House trained
• Please no pets on the furniture

** PLEASE message me before booking with a pet. I will need to send a separate money request for the pet fee after you book.
*** If pets are allowed on furniture and pet hair is found all over furniture, you will not receive your security deposit back. We want everyone to enjoy their vacation with their furry friend, but we do expect our guests to respect our property and rules. ***

PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a grill at the condo.
(Our HOA rules state that grilling is permitted as long as it is 10 feet away from the condo building. You are able to bring a portable grill and grill in the gravel area near the beach access if you would like.)
