Our contemporary modern villa is a two bedroom accommodation for up to 4 guests, extra beds can be provided if needed. We arrange special packages and offers for single travelers and couples. Please feel free to enquire. Bedrooms come with comfy beds and en suite bathrooms. Enjoy from our spacious balconies / sit outs a memorable view towards the misty Chembra Peak, the forest, the waterfall and the tea gardens nearby.
Our guests can order lunch or dinner with our in-house chef. There is a comfortable living area with L shape sofa leading to an open plan kitchenette. Our villa is child friendly & there is a small and lovely play area outside.

You could also plan a trekking tour to the Peak right from this villa. There is a waterfall near our property inside the tea gardens, evening walk to this waterfall is quite nice and peaceful. The roads that coil around the tea estates invite nature lovers. If not any of the above, the sight of Chembra Peak cannot be described in words...

I'm Vinod Balan from Kerala. I would like to meet people from all around the world to show our culture and to experience trekking, swimming, the hidden backwaters by boat and many other activities based upon your interests.
As a traditional Kerala chef, I will prepare many great tasting Indian dishes and you will have the opportunity to learn to make those if you desire that.
Our unique location is close to the beautiful Arabian Sea with world renown beaches here in northern Kerala. backwaters, famous hill stations and untouched jungles and rivers. I have a hospitality service background with 15+ years experience in tourism and now as a airbnb superhost. We believe it's important for tourists to get a taste of the real culture and history of India while enjoying the natural wonders of India in not so touristy locations. We want your visit to be truly unique and we will accommodate changes to your itinerary based upon your interests.
