Cypress Breeze Plantation is located just around the corner from the famous beaches of 30A in a quaint and picturesque community near Gulf Place. Cypress Breeze offers the most impressive tropical resort swimming pool and waterfalls on 30A, and the gleaming blue waters of the beach at Santa Rosa are 1/2 mile away. This charming new beach cottage is perfectly situated on a cul-de-sac near the tropical swimming pool at Cypress Breeze. With 3 spacious upstairs bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an upscale gourmet kitchen, a large living area and a covered paver patio with gas grill in the back there is room for the whole family to relax and unwind. The cottage is beautifully designed to reflect the casual beach lifestyle that is expected along the shores of 30A. With all new furnishings and comfortable bedding, you will be the first to enjoy this professionally decorated beach house. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight! Granite countertops, stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and a full pantry are just the beginning. For afternoon barbeque gatherings, there is a propane grill on the patio. The living room is sunny and spacious, and features a large flat panel television and cushy seating. The dining area offers seating for eight guests and access to the back porch. The front porch invites you to slow down and sit awhile on a rocking chair. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room and complimentary wifi. All linens including blankets and comforters are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind. Entire Home Wonderful Family Neighborhood on a cul de sac with an amazing community pool. Includes Golf Cart to zip around to beach, restaurants and shopping down the street.
