Holiday home renovated with style, yet still retaining its charming character on the Dawesville Estuary, air conditioned and perfect for the boating enthusiast should you want to choose the Estuary or the ocean - boat ramp down the road, plenty of parking. Bedrooms consist of x1 Queen, x2 sets of King single bunks with single trundle beds plus an Ikea King single that can also be extended to a King bed. Second outdoor bathroom with a bath and shower and separate toilet, main bathroom has shower. Kitchen art deco with all new appliances. Walk across the road to go crabbing and at the end of the day enjoy the sunsets from the front lounge. Take a stroll or use the cycle path to the local shop for a cappuccino, new supermarket located 5 mins away. Pet friendly with a $100 pet fee.Peace and quiet prevails in this unique property. No bed linen or towels provided but can be quoted on. $100 Cleaning fee, $500 Bond. NO LEAVERS/FUNCTIONS PERMITTED

I live in the amazing Peel region of Western Australia. I manage 40 holiday homes in the Peel area - please contact me to assist you finding the right property for your stay - I have budget to luxury with some being pet friendly. All the properties I manage are available for short term (a month or longer) - I offer businesses/ contractors/individuals a weekly rate and can supply weekly cleans and linen changes, office desks, printer and WiFi hire, if not provided at property already. Just ask and I can find a way to make your trip easy in Mandurah.
