A stunning seafront facing penthouse right at the front and the top of this iconic 1930's Grade II* listed building. Enjoy uninterrupted panoramic sea views from the living room, bedroom, and private sun terrace (accessed from both the living room and bedroom). A very special place and very well equipped with everything you may need for your stay including White Company towels and Egyptian cotton bedlinen. On-site parking also available at an additional nightly rate, a rarity in Brighton.

Situated right at the top and front of this beautiful iconic Grade II* listed building, this stunning penthouse apartment directly faces the sea enjoying panoramic uninterrupted sea views from the living room, bedroom, and the 7.3 x 1.7m private sun terrace (with doors opening directly onto the terrace from both the living room and bedroom). On-site parking is also available at a nightly rate, a rarity in Brighton.

There are lifts to take you up to the top floor and the apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with everything you may need for your stay, including high quality Egyptian cotton bedlinen and fluffy White Company towels. Fast wireless broadband throughout the apartment and wall-mounted LCD televisions in both the living room and the bedroom with Virgin cable TV.

The beautiful bespoke Italian blue granite kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering and the stunning bespoke designer bathroom has luxurious under-floor heating and a rainfall shower. We're delighted to be in Tripadvisor's top 5 guest-rated of all holiday apartments in Brighton and Hove and to hold their coveted Certificate of Excellence for the fourth year running.

Embassy Court is a beautiful and historic listed 1930s Modernist building and the apartment and its top floor neighbours were the first ever penthouses in the UK so it has a lovely architectural significance. The architect, Wells Coates (who also designed the famous Isokon building in London) made pleasure and making the most of the wonderful top floor views his top priority for the apartment: the private sun terrace and the windows and glass doors run the length of the apartment giving wonderful light and a stunning sense of openness and space with the panoramic views. You'll see from the photos that the bedroom is small but looking right out to sea you can sit up in bed and look out at the amazing views!

Please note that the while the apartment can sleep four (with use of the sofabed by prior arrangement) it is comparatively small and best suited to two adults with up to two children. We are unable to accept bookings for three or four adults.

LIVING ROOM (4.2m x 3.2m)
Directly faces the seafront with sea views stretching across the entire length of the room and doors opening onto the lovely private sun terrace. Real Scandinavian wood floors, sofa seating for four, wall-mounted LCD TV, dining table and chairs for four.

KITCHEN (2.6m x 1.9m)
Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with Italian blue granite surfaces and Siemens appliances (dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, glass convection hob and oven). Far-reaching views across the rooftops of Brighton and Hove to the Sussex Downs. Real Scandinavian wood floors.

BEDROOM (2.7m x 2.5m)
Directly facing the seafront, small bedroom with enormous stunning sea views along the length of the room and doors opening onto the lovely private sun terrace. Double bed, wall-mounted LCD TV, small wardrobe, real Scandinavian wood floors.

BATHROOM (2.4m x 2m)
Bespoke Italian fully tiled bathroom with luxurious under-floor heating and deep bath with rainfall shower over.

SUN TERRACE (7.3m x 1.7m)
Directly facing the seafront with breathtaking panoramic views, fully tiled private sun terrace with designer planters from Chelsea Flower Show award winner Fernando Gonzalez, dining table seating for four.

Step out of the front door of the building and you are on the seafront. The flat is located close to central Brighton with all its attractions, shops, restaurants, the Pier, the i360, and The Lanes, and has many fantastic amenities on its doorstep including one of the best restaurants in Brighton (The Gingerman). Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and the wonderful Taj supermarkets are a few minutes walk and there is a small convenience store next door to the building. Brighton and Hove stations are five minutes by taxi, Gatwick Airport thirty minutes by train and London fifty minutes by train.

On-site parking can be arranged in advance at an extra nightly rate cheaper than on-street or the local car parks. There is lift access but as a listed building with some steps and the lifts being very small we regret that there is no wheelchair access. For children we happily provide the following free of charge: travel cot with mattress, highchair, wooden bed safety rails, children's plates, cups, bowls and cutlery.
