Welcome to unique lake trip with local fisherman in traditional fishing wooden boat named "čun" which is registered as a national good of Montenegro! With my homemade drinks I will tell you stories about life in my old fishing village Vranjina (former island), national park wild life, Skadar lake legends and general inf. You can get ready to board the boat in my house and than we jump in boat . On tour you can choose what you like to do: sightseeing, swimming, sunbathing, fishing by rod. I know nice natural beaches which could be reached only by boat. We visit the lake islands and pass by Lesendro fortress. I can show you beautiful river mouth in the lake, with gorgeous nature - water lilies, huge old willows, bulrush, reed, water caltrop, ducks and birds more than 250 species. We will go through narrow paths that are fishing trails through the most beautiful areas of the lake that only my fishing boat can pass through. I can provide drinks and snacks on tour (additional service not included in price). When return back to Vranjina I can prepare fresh wild fish for you in traditional way if desired by the guest (additional service not included in price). The extensive 3-hour Boka bay tour begins at the city park, near the seaport of Kotor. You will enjoy panoramic views of the fishing villages, churches, and many more historical monuments. Our first stop is at an islet in the middle of Boka Bay. It has a name of the church that’s settled on it – Our Lady of the Rocks. There are many legends about this charming island. The most accepted one talks about the discovering of an icon of the Holy Mother of God with Christ by two sailors. After visiting this artificial island, the tour continues through the narrowest part of the bay towards the former submarine bases. You will take a short break there, and then you will pass by the island of Mamula, which keeps many dark stories. The tour highlight is reserved for the Blue Cave as a spot for taking a refreshing dip in the mesmerizing nuances of its blue surrounding. This place, accessible only by boat, is renowned for its crystal-clear azure water. Other things to note - We have brand new speedboats (with bimini tops) of different capacities that can accommodate up to 10, 13, 15, or 25 people. Big travel luggage, pets, and smoking are not allowed on board. There is a large public parking space (which is charged) only 50m away from the starting point if you come by car, camper, or bus.

We'll take a sailing adventure along the beautiful coast of Montenegro and anchor for swimming and snorkeling in crystal clear waters, natural coves, and lagoons. I am hosting a 2 hours experience on the sea, island and beautiful beaches. During this 2 hours I take you to the most beautiful places in Budva municipality. While travelling to these places via boat you will have chance to enjoy sigtseeing the city of Budva, coastline, nature and old town. We will make a stop on the island which is 20 minutes travelling from Budva and there you will be provided with snorkeling equipment to help you see better the underwater life. You will be able to do some snorkeling or simply relax and have nice swim while we are on the island. Later on we continue to another beach which is located 30 minutes from the island, the beach has a beautiful enviroment and cristaly clear water where you can take a swim again. While travelling I will tell you some historical backround of the place and provide you with some drinks if you are up for it. After the experience you will have a different view on the city of Budva (coming from local), you will be happy that you visited places not so many tourists know about, you will gain knowledge of simple way of snorkeling, going underwater and guranteed good time. Experience is perfect for small group of friends, families, couples and solo travellers. It is also possible to arrange the trip for bigger group of people.

Your unique opportunity to drive with an off-road vehicle to the lonely stone village of Gornji Stoliv, which is a treasure trove of history and offers a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor. We start from Kotor and have a coastal drive to the beginning of our off road track. We pass by jeep on a forest and dirt road, go around a forest of chestnut trees and reach a hidden village that is under the protection of the cultural heritage of Montenegro. We have a light walking tour through the village where we get to know the locals and try various local juices, local olives and cheese in the village household.

An exciting adventure awaits you! If driving speedboats, a trip around Our Lady of the Rocks, old submarine bases, swimming and diving in Blue cave, and a swim break on Žanjic beach sounds like your cup of tea, you may want to give this tour a try. A speedboat ride, wind in your hair, the open sea, beautiful beaches, and exciting places to visit are only a brief description of what's to come. We begin our adventure on a speedboat starting in Kotor and then make our way towards the magnificent islet of Our Lady of the Rocks, just in front of the ancient city of Perast. After a walk around the islet, we travel by the open sea towards the Blue cave and take a quick stop to visit an old submarine base. We then take a stroll around Mamula island, surrounded by walls of an old Austro-Hungarian fortress from the XIX century which was used as a prison in both the First and Second World Wars. The next destination is the Blue cave, an impressive natural landmark with about 300 m2. The cave has two entrances that can be accessed by boats. It got its name because the sunlight refracts at just the right angle so that the water looks like it's shining from below. Dive, bathe in the blue light, and enjoy the warm and crystal clear water. On our way back to Kotor we stop by the Žanjic beach, where you can bathe and relax

At the beginning we will meet in small village Virpazar where you will have a welcome drink and where I will briefly tell you the significance of this historic place from the 12 th century. After that we will take a wooden boat tour of Skadar Lake.The first place we will visit is the beautiful Lesendro fortress, at the heart of the beautifull Skadar Lake . I will tell you an interesting story about this fortress that is also called “Key to the Skadar Lake”, as it was meant to ensure safe trade and fishing for the local inhabitants. Then we will cross fishing trails, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Skadar lake , observe nature and birds (pelican, stork, duck, seagulls). You will have the opportunity to enjoy the beauties of the village of Vranjina, then we will pass by the small islands which can only be reached by boat. If guest express their desire we can visit some beaches that are only accesible by boat, where you can enjoy nice swimming and sunbathing. Then with a slow ride we continue our adventure towards to the initial destination.

You will be picked up in UNESCO protected Kotor, starting your cruise by fully electric Tuk Tuk. As a fully open vehicle, it gives you unique, 360° perspective of Boka Bay, but also gives you chance to feel, hear and even to smell Boka in a whole different way. After a short ride through narrow, coastal road, our first stop will be the center of a small, maritime village Prčanj. You will hear some of the stories Prčanj can offer, including the first Slavic sea captain who sailed around the world. Our journey continues to Verige, where you will find out why was this location so important for Boka Bay. Also, this is a great photo stop, because of the breathtaking scenery. The next point is Tivat, summer residence of Illyrian Queen Teuta. You will have the opportunity to take a break, walk or visit Superyacht Marina Porto Montenegro. After the break, we go back to Kotor, but using completely different route. Going through Kavač, with beautiful view of Tivat part of the Bay, with a final photo stop at Troica. After 2 and half hours of fresh air and just a pinch of history, we reach our destination. If you leave Kotor, feeling love for it, our mission is completed.

Montenegro Expeditions is proud to offer one of our few day tours! Join us for a beautiful sunset paddleboarding tour of Saint George and Our Lady of the Rocks islands, near Perast. This time of the day most commonly offers perfectly flat water, ideal for paddleboarding, fewer boats and visitors and an amazing light! The tour will start off with some basic, in water, paddleboarding training, for any inexperienced participants. Paddleboarding is an easy and fun activity and no previous experience is required. With a few tips from us you will be up on the board, cruising around in no time! We will start the tour by making our way across the bay to Saint George's island. We will stop there for a quick rest, some pictures and a swim. The next stop will be Our Lady of the Rocks, where we will come ashore and walk around the island enjoying the stunning views of both the island, and the surrounding sea and mountains. You will be free to roam the small island and take pictures. It's likely that there won't be many people around at this time of the evening, which makes it truly an intimate experience. Just before dark, we will head back to our departure point in Perast, where the tour will finish.
