This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!

Bakers Loft is a 700 Sqft house located 350 feet away from the primary residence, so it is a private location. The property sits on 5.4 acres, so your cars or boats are secure from the main road. The ceiling has custom shiplap and the loft has a custom designed spiral staircase. Living room and both bedrooms have TVs. There is a full bath and kitchen for guest to use with WiFi. Plenty of room to park multiple boats, trucks, or RV’s with water hook up and 120 volt to charge your batteries.
