The authentic facade on the street does not give away what is offered in the house. Downstairs bedrooms and a TV room, upstairs a living kitchen on a lovely large terrace with a plunge pool, BBQ and attractive views over the village. An even higher terrace is a fantastic lounge area wit views to the river. A small car can reach the house for groceries and parking is available in less than 100 meters. The house almost has as much outdoor space and terraces as indoor space.

"Minha Casa" is located in the most beautiful part of the old village and two minutes walk from the beach. The cottage is set in a quiet lane and yet is only a few minutes from the village square with it's bars and restuarants and fishermans quay.

The apartment is compact and functional with a small balcony with a magnificent view of the river Arade, the mountains and the village . The balcony has evening sun where you can sit and enjoy a lovely glass of wine. The living room is spacious and bright . The kitchen has a washing machine and all the equipment you need for cooking. The bathroom is completely renovated. At the entrance there is a table and chairs where you can sit in the morning sun and have your breakfast.
