George is a Gin Head. He lives and breathes flavours. At his bar Oriental Elixir, he plays with flavours from around Asia. Exploring ingredients that are known only in small communities across Asia. Instead of brands, you will find walls full of infusions and potions. And he wants to share the wonderful world of flavours that Asia has to offer with everyone.

You will taste the two Gins from Tanglin Distillery, Singapore’s first Gin Distillery. We will explore the botanicals that go into the Gin and the process of making the Gin. And using a Gin of your choice, we will teach you to make a bespoke cocktail.
