We meet at Rotsee Rowing Centre. After the administration we start with a little warming up. When our muscles are ready to go we start our roundtrip in Lucerne's nordic walking paradise: around Rotsee (Red Lake). If you never tried nordic walking first you can learn the right technique. It's not a magic but nordic walking more effective with right movement. We do some nordic walking games and we can stop at interesting points to see them. And if we are stopped we can to do some exercises. We'll surely stop at Zielturm (Finish Tower), at a small-ferry port and on the hill of Sädelwald. And of course if you find any interesting point feel free to tell me! We shouldn't miss to take some nice photos! :-) Depending on your physical statement we do strength developing and stretching exercises. I would like you to get pleasantly tired of the end. The whole trip takes about 2-3 hours. It's about 8km and 100m altitude difference.
I left IT business after 15 years and I wanted to work as a rock climbing and nordic walking instructor. :-) I graduated as a rock climbing trainer in 2008. I passed my nordic walking sport specific exams and started to teach in 2012. I have been working with athletes as a crosstraining. But my real favorites were an association of diabetic pensioners. :-) I started to combine sightseeing with nordic walking in 2015 in Budapest, Hungary. We are not just simply walking around. You can see lots of birds, you will have special view to Mount Pilatus and original swiss country life. During the tour you can learn and practice the effective nordic walking technique. We make some strength developing and stretching exercises while we enjoy the nature.
