You'll meet me early in the morning in Temecula wine country. We will complete a preflight safety briefing while our staff sets up the balloon equipment. Once standing, we'll open our basket doors and you'll board our hot air balloon. My staff will take pictures and then we will lift off for our flight. We've made several changes due to COVID-19 for your safety.

We will fly over Temecula's gorgeous estates, vineyards, resorts, and orchards. We will see an abundance of wildlife surrounded by local lakes and mountains with distant ocean views. Our pilot will provide an entertaining and educational tour of the Temecula Valley, winemaking, and hot air ballooning.

When we land, we'll provide you with a souvenir bottle of champagne to enjoy. After we transport you back to our meeting site, we'll send you on your way with a commemorative flight certificate and two for one wine tasting vouchers to six local Temecula wineries. Cheers!
Other things to note
Minimum age is 3 years old. Pregnant women okay to ride if in the first trimester of pregnancy. It will not be cold in the hot air balloon. There is no turbulence or motion. Standing room only. Anyone over 225 lbs. is subject to a $25 weight fuel surcharge at check-in time.

I am a commercial pilot and flight instructor. I've been flying since 1987. I fly airplanes, helicopters and hot air balloons. I like hot air balloons the best. Other aircraft are designed to get you from point A to point B, but the only thing you can do in a hot air balloon is have fun. I am still amazed that I get to have fun every day!
I have been featured on many TV shows in the USA, Japan, China and Korea. You may have seen me on the Ellen DeGeneres show. I am a sponsored race pilot and have won many balloon events throughout the world. I was named sportsman of the year at the Reno Balloon Race.

Magical experience that was so unique, special, and peaceful! The staff was incredibly friendly and made the best jokes to keep spirits high. They communicated well and gave all the information we needed. I felt really safe, taken care of, and positive. The balloons were super cool to watch before, during, and after the experience. We had a great trip! Our balloon pilot was very personable and happy to answer our questions. We had a beautiful day for seeing the lovely landscape. Definitely recommend!

I loved it. The ground crew was amazing. It’s a bunch of younger dudes who are busting their ass and being directed by the pilot while there’s all these tourists, just taking pictures and giving zero fucks about boundaries or what is appropriate. Mike was our pilot and he was great. The ground crew was hilarious and I enjoyed them immensely. I loved every bit of this, and I would book with them again! A couple got engaged mid flight, our pilot was knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. They also offered to takes pictures and prepared us ahead of time for an preemptive questions. Denni did all the overview at the beginning and then each pilot gave more details in an intimate setting around the basket. Some people complained about the wait times but how cool is it that you see the entire process from unloading to loading?! No need for google, just a firsthand account of everything.

Before I start, I want to say that the staff was stellar and very very kind and funny. This review is strictly about the overrall experience. For starters, the description of the event states that the event is a total of 3 hours with one full hour in the balloon ride, however what they fail to mention is that the other 2 hours you are waiting around for everyone to get weighed, and for the balloons to be inflated and be set up. The basket was also VERY compact, there is no room to move around or to even take off your coat. It is not a private experience, (if you're looking for something romantic like I was, skip this) in my basket alone there was about 24 of us. There isn't a whole lot of photo opportunities either because you don't really have room to be able to take a photo or even reach into your pocket. Everyone had a face mask on but I was still a little nervous by how many people I was touching. Also, if you have week knees or can't stand for long then consider this, I am a runner and was still sore afterwards by how long we stood and the inability to shift around a little. When you land, you land in a field of dry grass which you have to cross to get back to the van, so in addition to close toe shoes I recommend wearing thick pants, I saw a lot of people wearing shorts or leggings and scratching themselves afterwards and talking off grass burrs off their sneakers and pants. Lastly, the experience offers food and drinks. The food are zip lock bags with granola bars, trail mix, and beef jerky and the drinks are mimosas/champagne. However this is at the very end of the event in the back of the van while you wait around. So I recommend eating breakfast beforehand and do not expect anything remotely fancy. Again, the staff was great, very friendly and interactive, we had a comedian as a pilot. I believe that the description does not accurately reflect the actual experience nor did it measure up to the price of the experience.

The experience was great. It was a lovely way to spend a Sunday with my sister. Make sure everyone in your party completes the waiver in advance. Don’t expect any physical distancing from others not in your group. The staff did a great job of taking all other Covid-19 safety precautions. You have the opportunity to take some great photos at the launch site before take off, it is a bit chilly before take off so dress accordingly.

We booked the 6AM to 9AM and went on a twelve person gondola. Check in was efficient and we had no issue finding the meeting area. After check-in we were driven to the take off area. The pilots and their crews set up the hot air balloons and we took off. Amazing experience. Very relaxing and peaceful being up there. When we landed we had Mimosas and snacks that were provided. Highly recommend. Bring a hoodie or a baseball cap, I was pretty close to the burner and that help me enjoy this trip.
