You keep saying "I need to meditate!" Well-now you will be! Munch and Meditate: When you first arrive you will be greeted with huge smiles and probably a hug. Please make yourself at home. For the first 15 minutes we enjoy healthy snacks, provided by the host, along with great conversation. The snacks will always be gluten free. Plan on enjoying fresh veggies, fruits, and whatever else feels right for the event. We use Munch Time to put your pillow/cushion down and get comfortable. Our next 5-10 minutes are spent going over mediation including your thoughts about mediation and answering any questions you might have. We talk about breathing, posture, thoughts in your mind and other important Meditation topics. Our most favorite part is the Group Guided Meditation. This is approx 20 minutes of healing, learning, growing, discovering and letting go. The growth and energy that happens is very individual for each person. It's about your connection to the Universe. After our mediation, we use the rest of the hour to unwind and talk about things we feel we need to discuss. We are open and safe! We are all here to grow! It's a peaceful adventure-Munch and Mediate

In 2014 I was forced to ask: Do you want to lay down and die or learn? Through my own need to learn, grow, study and change I have become a thought changer and a go-getter! I'm an avid learner and deep into studying growth, leadership and life. I'm passionate about the ideas and beliefs we have created and run our lives by. After studying with top teachers, yogi’s, monks and mind experts across California, Canada and Estonia I realize how I love to facilitate change in others. I aim to help people understand their thoughts and help them learn how to adjust them so their thoughts truthfully serve them. Meditation is a massive key to connecting the dots and moving forward. I have hosted 2 Munch and Meditate sessions and both were packed. Our society needs peace and focus. It's set up to help you feel comfortable and safe to be you.

We own and operate Shortie's Candle Company. We will be at our warehouse in our comfortable front reception room. We will also add some hiking Munch and Mediate experiences as well as Munch and Meditate Retreats.
