What you'll do
We will start wearing the special apron and preparing all the ingredients for our dishes. I will share with you all the tips for making Abruzzo traditional recipes peeping in the old pages of my grandma cookbook. I will brighten your time in a home atmosphere telling little stories and proverbs of my region.
My name is Francesca and I was born and raised in a small village in Abruzzo. My passion for cooking began as a small child , when I would stand on a chair and with a huge apron help the “women of the house” prepare Sunday lunch. I loved listening to those stories related to tradition and in every little ravioli I’ve prepared I’ve tried to enclose all those stories and anecdotes so as to pass them on to others. I believe that in the kitchen, among those flavors and know-how, the best of me flourishes every day cooking for the people I love.
