We love to eat and cook local recipes with our friends and family. So why not join our table and learn how to cook mussels and hand-cut Belgian fries the way my grandmother taught us. Learn, cook, eat, drink, meet new friends and have fun! We start with a welcome drink. If the weather is nice possibly outdoors with view of the canals and later on cook or meal together in our townhouse in Brugge or at the seaside in our BeachHouse Zee. We’ll drive you from Brugge to De Haan. When you are ready you may participate in cutting the vegetables, cooking the mussels, the best way to prepare Belgian fries.
If your partner is not into fish we can offer a vegetable quiche and salad.
We finish with a great classic, chocolate mousse made by our daughter Mackenzie or a Dame Blanche ice-cream... A walk along the Dijver after lunch to stretch your legs if necessary or coffee and tea as a lovely ending of an joyful day in the Old Town of Brugge.
