Trek a total of 22 miles through the magical desert landscape of Pioneertown in California. We’ll pass stunning boulder fields, find ancient petroglyphs, eat delicious meals, and sleep under the stars. On our first night, we’ll camp near the Sand to Snow National Monument, a preserve that features sweeping buttes and diverse vegetation. We’ll then trek to a farm, pitch our tents there, and visit with the friendly goats. We’ll see diverse wildlife, from jackrabbits to coyotes, and learn about edible and medicinal desert plants along the way.
