Neler yapacaksınız

You'll start by having a welcome tea in our Manrique style reception area while Antonio explains what you'll be cooking on that day. Then, you'll be handed your apron and head to our kitchen to start preparing the sangria you'll be drinking during the experience. Then you'll make your very own paella rice on your cooking station. Great news! You won't be peeling and cutting vegetables in our kitchen! You'll be working with local and organic products prepared in advance. That way, you won't waste time doing things that aren't teaching you any culinary technique. Along the way, Chef Antonio will share with you tips and tricks to take your cooking skills to a higher level. With your homemade sangria in hand, you'll be able to take a break to visit our organic food garden and discover how we grow products in Lanzarote's desertic landscape. Once you're finished cooking, you'll enjoy your food with the other participants at the community table. If you're not hungry enough to finish everything you prepared, you'll be able to bring it home with you. Oh, and you'll keep your apron as a souvenir as well.

We're co-founders of Cook in Lanzarote, an eco-friendly and hands-on cookery school in Lanzarote. We're both passionate about food, travel, local gastronomies and the amazing island we fell in love with a few years ago : Lanzarote. Antonio is a professional chef trained in one of the best culinary school in the world: the "Institut Paul Bocuse" in Lyon, France. He shares his extended knowledge of cooking techniques, Spanish gastronomy and the different cuisines he learned during our travels in Asia and South America.
