Cook and savor a delicious paleo, keto, gluten-free meal packed with brain-boosting ingredients. Together, we'll explore what foods our brains need while we make:

* Zesty and Rich Lemon Basil Avocado Salmon
* Light, Simple Cauliflower Rice
* Sunny Blueberry Walnut Citrus Arugula Salad
* 2 flavors of Melt-in-your-mouth Brain Bombs: Coffee & Strawberry Cheesecake

After you make your meal, you'll sit down to an elegant candle-lit dinner. Be prepared to learn a lot, and be inspired to cook more nourishing foods at home!

You'll go home with a LOT more knowledge about nutrition, plus a recipe booklet with everything you made in the class.

NOTE: We also offer an Ayurvedic (traditional Indian) cooking class + dinner called "Cooking with a health coach: Indian." If you would prefer that class on this date, let us know and we may be able to rearrange the schedule, if no one else has booked this date yet!

Margaret and Libbie were excellent and knowledgeable hosts for this wonderful evening dinner experience! We learned a lot about sourcing and preparing healthy food while getting to eat our delicious creations. Even our teenagers left motivated to try to lead healthier lives by eating healthier food...and that’s a miracle in and of itself. I highly recommend this experience for anyone interested in learning about healthy cooking and enjoying a very unique (and tasty) evening!

This is a great cooking experience that was very informative and extremely fun to learn how to cook food that is brain friendly! A must if you are brain friendly or just curious about brainy foods!

We all started off with a health drink and conversation. It was nice to know a little more about the hosts / guests. Also got some introductory information about brain food. Had a great time in the kitchen actually preparing the meal which turned out great. During the prep time, we also learned a little more about the ingredients we were using and why some were better than others. Dinning was casual and relaxing. Plenty of food and the desert was surprisingly good ("the bomb"). Would do it again for the value and information.
