First, we'll visit a local alley market so you can see various Korean cooking ingredients and hear the interesting cultural stories behind them. Then we'll go to my modern home which is like a small museum full of traditional embroidery works all made by my mom. My mom and I would like you to have a look into authentic Korean life through this cooking experience. We'd also like to share our life stories. We'll mince garlic and chop carrots to cook two or three dishes such as bulgogi, Kimchi, japchae noodles, bibimbap, seafood-vegetable pancake, soft tofu stew, kimchi stew, Mung bean pancake, —or any dish you’d like to learn in our open kitchen. You'll enjoy your own lunch along with lots of additional seasonal side dishes in our beautifully decorated dining room. That's not all—we'll also make a traditional Korean dessert and have tea.
