You will experience a hands-on cooking class preparing our best selection of Mexican salsas : Traditional Guacamole, Molcajete Red Sauce, Green Sauce, Ranchera Sauce, Mango and Chile Manzano Sauce, Habanero Sauce, Devil's Sauce, Chile Morita with Peanuts Sauce, Chipotle Sauce and Drunken Sauce.
Enjoy a full lunch with street food tacos and quesadillas with a choice of fillings specifically selected to pair with the salsas you have prepared (Michoacan-style pork carnitas, cochinita pibil, roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, sauteed mushrooms, and cactus leaf)/vegan (squash blossom, quelites, lentils). Beverages include "agua fresca", artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca and Mexican craft beer.
