- You can enjoy cooking and eating Takoyaki with local people. Takoyaki is Octopus balls. If you don’t like an octopus, you can have other options. - Everybody is welcome including solo-travelers, students and kids! 1) Kanpai Let's make a toast by saying "KANPAI". 2) Cooking takoyaki Enjoy cooking and eating it with us. 3) Introducing & Creating your Kanji name Introducing each other. Japanese usually explain the "KANJI" meaning of their names. If you do not have your own "KANJI" name, let's create it together, learn the meaning and how to write it with "Fude (Japanese writing brush)" that we will bring. 4) Utage "UTAGE" means enjoying chatting and playing games while drinking. This is important for Japanese to get rid of stress. Bringing "Japanese language phrasebook", "ORIGAMI", and "KENDAMA", we will teach it if you are interested. 5) Tejime Finally, we do "TEjIME" which is the final party ceremony in Japan. Please clap your hand one time after saying "Yoooo" with all the participants.

There are few shops where you can cook Takoyaki (octopus delicacy) in Tokyo. Join me at this bar for this fun experience. This is an original activity hosted by the hotel staff and me. Let’s enjoy this rare and fun event. A lovely residential-area cafe, two stops (10 minutes) from Shinjuku Station. You can enjoy international drinks, food, and a delightful atmosphere. As there are various people, you can find new things to do.
