We'll start with the house special dish: the homemade ndunderi with smoked mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
we will cook together also other specialties as eggplants casserole, fish with potatoes and I'll give to you also my secret recipe of the Limoncello.

Job opportunites were scarce in the 1950s. Thousands of italian emigrated, included me and my Husband Giuseppe. Four years later, we returned in Praiano and trasformed the family house into a Hotel. The coast was becoming a new destination and to raise the funds needed for the remodel, bothe worked as waiter and as cook. In 1971, The Hotel Margherita officially opened Nonna Margherita's dream of cooking in her own Kitchen

We had a great time on the cookery course. The food was simple but tasty and something we can recreate at home. We picked up lots of tips and ideas. After the lesson we ate what we’d made on the sunny roof terrace which was a real treat.

The entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, organized, caring and enthusiastic. I could not imagine a better experience. Enjoying the meal at the end mad it even better.

We loved the class with Nonna Margherita. She shared a little history of herself and we made a delicious meal that I know we'll make again and again for family and friends at home. It was simple, and so delicious. We were able to meet others in the class and overall, it was a lovely day.

Cooking with Nonna was great! We got to go behind the scenes and into the kitchen of her restaurant. We learned some great traditional meals and had a beautiful meal on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend!

Cooking with Nonna is an amazing experience. A highlight of our trip to Positano. Nonna made us feel welcome and treated us to a hands-on cooking experience in her hotel kitchen! The other staff members were friendly and helpful, as well. We enjoyed the recipes that we cooked with other delightful participants on the rooftop of Nonna’s beautiful hotel overlooking the town of Praiano and the sea. The food was delicious and the views and company were delightful!
