We are teaching to cook traditional Ukrainian food: Borsch, Varenyky (dumplings), Deruny, Syrnyky and other dishes in a cosy atmosphere and comfortable environment during friendly conversation. Also certain preferences to the menu can be adopted in advance.
We will transfer you from the city center or your accommodation on the agreed hour and complimentary traditional Ukrainian snacks and drinks will be available upon your arrival.
During introduction, we will get to know each other and discuss the menu, will pick upon ingredients and will simply relax in friendly conversation.
Vegetarian or gluten free food is also available on prior request.
The class will consist of at least four dishes in three courses and will last for about three hours. I will share with you the local culinary secrets and traditions on a cultural journey both to modern Ukrainian life and history.
And the most pleasant part of evening is of course - tasting. We will gather at a table in order to share the dinner which we have cooked together and discuss the impressions, preferences in a cosy conversation.
After dinner, we will bring you back to a place of your convenience.
