We will prepare many shapes , cooking 3 different kinds of hand-made pasta with my grandmother's recipes: trenette or spaghetti alla chitarra,ravioli and lasagna!
Each pasta will be combined with a sauce of Italian tradition: trenette will be enriched by pesto sauce (seasonal)which you will make on the spot using the traditional marble mortar and pestle or spaghetti alla chitarra feat carbonara sauce or aglio&olio or pesto sauce (seasonal), ravioli stuffed with fresh ricotta enriched with Alfredo sauce and “Lasagna alla Bolognese” you will learn to prepare with Marietta’s help.
You will then be repaid for your hard work by a lunch or dinner where you will eat what you cooked and which will be accompanied by the flavor of local wines and olive oil.
The meal will end with a traditional dessert Marietta will offer you, definitely home-made: Neapolitan babà or tiramisù and her homemade Limoncello or Finocchietto. Esperience will be active, every guest has one workstation.
