You can experience Japanese culture and it will be great in this event. I will rent the Japanese style room in Nishinakajima / Shin-osaka. it calls "Tatami" and so nice place. At first, I explain origami culture and how to make origami , for example crane, headpiece and so on. Next, we make origami you want together. After you finished making origami, you can eat Japanese sweets "Wagashi" and drink Japanese tea. I recommend you two or three "Wagashi" and explain their culture. After that, absolutely you will love Japanese sweets more. This event will give you the best time.
I'm Kana. I have worked as a system engineer, a bartender and a cafe Japanese teacher. I have lived in Osaka, Nishinakajima for 6 years. I love Nishinakajima & Shin-osaka erea!!! Because there are sooo nice Japanese pubs, bars, cafes, ramen shops and Yakiniku shops. This area is one of the deep spot in Osaka. I often eat and drink here. And I recommend nice shops to my friends. They are very happy when they go to the recommended. I am a very social person and get along with people from various backgrounds and easily be friends with them. I treat my guests like friends rather than tourists/customers. I can also give recommendations for the rest of your Osaka stay. I hope you will participate in this event. I will definitely give you a good time :)
This experience takes place in a place where you can taste the local area of Nishinakajima. You can come from Umeda by subway or Hankyu, and Shin-Osaka is within walking distance. I rent the Japanese style room there. it calls "Washitsu". You can experience Japanese culture and love it more.
