We will offer an active afternoon on the beach filled with sun, sweat, plenty of fun and turquoise waters. The experience will take place on a little slice of beach surrounded by shallow waters and an outdoor gym, which in our opinion is the prime location to get in a good workout if you are visiting the island. We will be offering a mix of outdoor fitness mixed with some calisthenics, for those interested, we offer the chance to put on some boxing gloves and train boxing or even switch to self-defense. With both an outdoor workout area as well as a pristine strip of white sand, we will be able to offer a good boot camp making you sweat out those mojitos from the day before. After some intensity, it is good to cool down and reset, which can be done by an optional yoga or stretching part. The tempting blue waters will be right next to you so a refreshing splash is always an option and is definitely the best way to close off the workout session. Off course a workout on the beach demands plenty of energy, so we offer fruits and tuna wraps after the sesh. During this time we have more time to get to know one and other and to share with you the top things to do on the island. The experience will take about 1.5 hours and start around 5.30pm thus ending around the time the sun will set and giving you a great view of the sun disappearing in the sea.
We are a happy, active couple(Dutch/Venezuelan) with a history in sports. He is the outdoor fitness/ self-defense trainer and she is the fitness/ yoga lady. Together we form a great team that not only loves the active lifestyles we have but the connection it brings us by meeting and training with new people. In our daily lives, Randy is a psychiatric nurse, sports instructor, and self presumed entrepreneur where Sabrina goes through life as a Caribbean hippy, making her own jewelry, working part-time at a yoga studio and thinking outside of the box to become a successful, self-employed hippy. We are energetic, open and easy-going people who love to travel and meet people from all over the world. We hope we can share our active experience on the beach with as many people as possible and show you the best outdoor gym on the island of Aruba

We will be meeting and hosting our experience on a little strip of white sandy beach surrounded by crystal blue waters and palm trees. Right on this part of the beach is an outdoor gym located with monkey bar equipment. It is a place you would not quickly discover for yourself and remains kind of a hidden gem, despite its proximity close to the Hotel area.
