The house is situated close to the beach with the Bobbejaan Mountain resting behind it. The house comprises of a main bedroom, en-suite bathroom and balcony upstairs, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, a living area and kitchen downstairs. Outside area includes a stoep with braai area.
