Sa Rocca is a dreamlike holiday apartment in the village of Chia, part of a complex consisting of 3 houses with separate entrances and outdoor spaces. This apartment combines modern comfort with rustic charm. It extends over the 1st floor and consists of an open-plan living room with a dining area, a sofa bed and floor-to-ceiling windows for stunning panoramic views. Moreover, there is a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. It is stylishly decorated and equipped with high-quality furniture to ensure a perfect holiday experience! Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic outdoor area with a terrace, which has an unobstructed view of the village and the mountains in the distance. Enjoy delicious meals freshly prepared on the grill and end the evening with a glass of wine under the starry sky. A spacious garden on the ground floor as well as a pool provide for wonderful holidays under the warm sun. You can reach a supermarket and a small selection of restaurants after only 200 m or 3 minutes on foot and the sandy beach Spiaggia di Chia Sa Colonia is 2.5 km or 6 minutes by car away. The sandy beach of Spiaggia Su Giudeu is a 7-minute drive (4.1 km) from the property and the centre of Pula, with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, is a 22-minute drive (19 km) away. Parking is available on the property. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
